SALES POLICY

I. METHOD OF PAYMENT

- Pay in cash or with bank transfer when buying at shop.

- Ship COD or bank transfer with customers buying online.

- Customers please write the transfer content as follows: Full name + order number.

II. DELIVERY POLICY

- Free delivery within Lam Dong inner districts (for areas: Da Lat City, Don Duong, Duc Trong, Lac Duong, Lam Ha district) and total value of order exceed 5,000,000 VND (five million VND).

- Shipping costs will be informed to customers in case the total value of order is less than 5,000,000 VND (five million VND) or delivery in other districts or areas.

- Delivery time is 3-7 days after order confirmation.

 

III. PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

-       Customers may receive new products in following cases:

+ Product is defective or damaged due to the manufacturer or the shipping process.

+ Product received does not match the description on the website or the advice of the company's staff.

-       Contact the sales staff to get the product returned as soon as possible

+ Shipping costs: Ficoco will cover the return shipping fee if your product is received with a manufacturer's defect or we sent the wrong model type.

+ Proceed to exchange: the process of conducting the exchange is initiated once an agreement between us and the customer is reached.

 

IV. WARRANTY POLICY

Ficoco always strives to bring customers satisfaction before and after purchase with thoughtful and dedicated customer care policies. Therefore, during the use of the product, if you encounter any problems due to technical errors, please contact us directly to summon our customer service.

-       Warranty period: 1 month from the date of delivery.

-       Product warranty conditions

+ Warranty for technical defects by the manufacturer or by the supplier.

+ Product self-exploded within the recommended pressure range for use.

+ The product is decomposed or degraded under the sun.

+ Products under warranty must have a purchase invoice stating the date of purchase from the supplier.

-       Contact the sales staff for warranty advice as soon as possible.

V. FICOCO AND CUSTOMERS' RESPONSIBILITIES IN THE GOODS TRADE

- Ficoco's Responsibilities:

+ Take responsibility for the quality of the supplied goods (models, types, quality, quantity, etc.).

+ Responsible for delivering the goods on time and at the right place as agreed with customer.

+ Consult and support about technical use for customers as required.

-   Responsibilities of customers:

+ Payment on time as agreed with Ficoco.

+ Arrange the consignee, and check the quality of goods at the delivery location.
